We want a safe neighborhood so we can continue to walk, bike, run and push our kids in strollers.

TRAFFIC

A retail development will cause more traffic delays on an intersection that is already rated at overcapacity.

ACCESS DRIVES

Access points inherently cause more accidents.  A retail development is less safe than a residential development.

MORE RETAIL?

Glenview has dedication retail areas, the Downtown District and The Glen Town Center.  Adding another major retail area will impact other areas.
