COMMUNITY AWARENESS

As community awareness increases, support for a residential development increases.  Very few residents are in favor of more retail in Glenview.

• To help residents be more informed, we have worked on the following:

• Created an email distribution list

• Distributed flyers door-to-door

• Added electronic petition campaign to the ongoing door-to-door effort

• Facebook posts

• Information posted on Next Door app

• Emails to concerned residents

• Editorial to local newspaper

• Letter campaign to trustees

• Yard signs (to be placed soon)

• Designed website to centralize information and resources

• Attended several meetings with Glenview staff and trustees

• Discussion with trustees at community meeting
