NEIGHBORS UNITE

Neighbors felt reassured by the Village of Glenview that homes would be built.  We had to regroup after receiving notice from a potential commercial developer.  Those who live closest to the property are working hard to advocate for the residents and raise community awareness. 

We wanted a strong showing at the developer's meeting on April 3, 2019.  We engaged the community by

• Door to door distribution of over 500 flyers

• Messages on Facebook and Next Door

• Word of mouth

 Our efforts were successful.  Over 120 residents attended the meeting to learn about the development plans.
